AI agents for business

AI agents that do real work in your business.

Not another chat window. AI agents take steps across the tools you already use, within rules you set, so your team gets hours back and fewer leads, customers and dollars slip through.

For owners and leadership teams of businesses doing $1M+ a year.

What it takes

Running AI agents safely.

  • Connected systems

The agent works inside your CRM, inbox, phone and accounting software, not beside them.

  • Clear rules

What it does on its own, what it drafts for a person to approve, and what it never touches.

  • A person in the loop

Anything complex, sensitive or unusual goes to your team with the details laid out.

  • Your own knowledge

Answers come from your policies, prices and records, so it speaks for your business.

  • Measured from day one

The numbers it should move, tracked before and after, so you know it pays.

  • Someone accountable

A senior technical owner who watches results and improves the agents over time.

Questions

AI agents, answered.

What's the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions. An AI agent does work: it takes steps across your tools, like reading an email, updating your CRM and booking a meeting, within rules you set.

How is it different from automation tools like Zapier?

Automation follows fixed if-this-then-that rules. An AI agent can read and write in plain language, handle messy inputs such as emails and documents, and decide the next step within its rules, while fixed automations still handle the simple hand-offs.

Will AI agents replace my staff?

The aim is to take the repetitive work off your team, not the judgement. Closing deals, handling upset customers and deciding what to cut stay with your people.

Which tools do the agents work with?

They're built on Claude AI and connect to the systems you already use. Anthropic's Claude for Small Business connects to HubSpot, QuickBooks, PayPal, Canva, Docusign, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, and other systems can be connected as part of the build.

Where do we start?

With an AI Profit Review, which ranks which agents would make or save the most in your business before anything gets built.
