Who it’s for

You want the skill, not just the service.

You’re the one deciding

AI keeps landing on your desk as a decision, and you’d rather understand it than take someone’s word for it.

You’ve tried it and stalled

You use a chatbot now and then. Getting from that to an agent doing real work is where it stops.

Your team is moving faster than you can judge

People are bringing you AI work and you need to tell a real result from a good demo.

What you’ll be able to do

Six things you leave with.

  • Decide what to hand over

Which work belongs to an agent, which stays with a person, and where the line sits in your business.

  • Brief an agent properly

How to set a task, what context to give it, and why most disappointing answers are a briefing problem.

  • Judge what comes back

Check the output, spot where it is confidently wrong, and know when to accept, correct or stop.

  • Tell a result from a demo

The questions that separate AI work that moved a number from AI work that looked impressive.

  • Know where your own data goes

What is safe to put into which tool, and the habits that keep client and company information out of the wrong place.

  • Keep going without me

A short list of what to practise next, so the skill compounds after the sessions end.

How it runs

Your work, not a curriculum.

Working sessions on the decisions already in front of you, so nothing has to be translated back to the day job.

A call first

Thirty minutes to hear what you’re trying to do. Scope and fee are agreed there, before anything starts.

Sessions, one to one

Just the two of us, in person in Vancouver or by video, working on live decisions rather than worked examples.

Or hand it over instead

If partway through you’d rather have it built than learn it, that’s the AI consulting path, and you’ll be a far better client for it.

Questions

AI training, answered.

Who do you train?

One person at a time: the owner, the CEO, or an executive who has to make decisions about AI and wants to make them themselves. Sessions are one to one, not a class.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Nothing here involves writing code. The skill is knowing what to hand an agent, how to brief it, and how to judge what comes back, and that is a leadership skill, not an engineering one.

What do we actually work on?

Your work. We use the decisions and tasks already on your desk this week rather than exercises, so what you practise on is what you go back to.

How is this different from hiring you to do it?

Training leaves the skill with you. Consulting and implementation leave the working system with your business. Most people want some of each, and we can start with either.

Do you run group workshops or online courses?

Not from here. This page is one-to-one work with me.

How is it priced?

Scope and fee are agreed up front, before anything starts. We settle both on the first call.
